Nice to see you - to see you nice.
Well isn’t this all getting rather interesting.
As it stands, Robert is absolutely caning me in the recruitment stakes. Although I did write the post asking for contributors, so, in essence, Robert is only closing the deal. I had to do a load of cold calling, if truth be told.
I’d just like to point out that you might see the odd non bricks and mortar type business blogger up on the left sidebar. Now I know it says ‘real business blogging by real business bloggers’ up in the header, but it never truly reflected what this blog was about.
That’s the soundbite - it’s an easy tagline. When it comes down to ‘hey lads hey’, BLOGthenticity is about the experiences of business bloggers and the education of business bloggers. Another crucial aspect to this blog is the education of Robert’s students and the knowledge(?) they can garner from this blog.
I have to say that without the marketing/PR/consultancy blogs I really wouldn’t be typing this right now. I read them avidly; commented stupidly, but applied wisely.
That’s why, after plenty of mental gymnastics on my part, we’ve decided to allow certain experts in the on the show as coaches and mentors. Hopefully we can all act as checks and balances and develop some interesting conversations in the process. It might even be worth reading!
However, just one misplaced sales pitch and I’ll go Jackie Chan on somebody’s backside. (10% off Planters this weekend)
But in all honesty, I’m delighted that we’ve got such a group of high calibre and extremely diverse bloggers on board thus far.
And another good thing - you’ll be reading far less of my hackneyed ramblings.

Hey, man, I’m just answering the emails you generated by touting the blog, really.
We have some wonderful contributors and a few in the que, too. I’m happy to have the combination of bloggers and coaches - who are blogging for business themselves, in some instances. So, we have a good mix now. Down the road I can see other brick and mortar folks coming along, too. Thanks for joining in with me on this. It has all the makings of a good learning experience for students a business people alike.
